"Power" is the word that best describes the Christians in the Book of Acts. They were a dynamic people in a dynamic church... and what they said and did changed their world. Come and witness the birth of the church, Saul's dramatic conversion, and the spread of Christianity - starting October 14th, the Adult Sunday School class will embark on a study of the Book of Acts that will take us to the end of the year. We will examine how the gospel spread first in Judea and Samaria, and then into other regions of the Roman world, through the actions of individual believers. As usual, we look forward to an interactive study, led by Bob Luther, as we share with each other each Sunday morning. Please be sure to join us!
When: Every Wednesday night from 6:30pm to 7:30pm
Where: Kitchen of New Hope Chapel
We are praying to save everyone in Westborough and we need your help. The idea is amazingly simple - we simply need to pray about saving Westborough. We've had two evangelism meetings with Dale Atlas and came up with many different issues and we are praying through them all. The format is very similar to the concert of prayer - we start with repentance, read God's word about who is Jesus, pray about several of the issues, pray for the Churches of Westborough and pray for our leaders. If you could come and pray for Westborough for one night a month, we'd love to see you.
Ladies, please join us every Monday at 11:30AM. Bring your lunch and your Bible. We will be studying Esther and Ruth. Child care will be provided.
The Men's Small Group Fellowship meets the first and third Wednesday of the month at Dianna's Restaurant in Shrewsbury at 6:30 AM. If you need more information, please call Dave Kopper.
